According to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)

peerpaw will not use or disclose personal data for any purposes other than those stated without your explicit consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities

4. Data Retention and Protection

peerpaw will retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect against:

• Unauthorized access

• Misuse of data

• Illegal alteration or destruction

Once the retention period ends or the data is no longer needed, peerpaw will securely delete or destroy the data.

Requests are free of charge and peerpaw will respond within 30 days.

6. Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that may affect your personal data, peerpaw will notify the Personal Data Protection Office within 72 hours and inform affected data subjects as soon as possible.
